Xavier Rolet, Chief Executive of the London Stock Exchange, will be celebrating the rise and rise of African fixed interest on Monday 2 July, when he opens the 2nd Africa Debt Capital Markets Summit (ADCM) at the LSE. It is organized by African Banker magazine and Springwood Capital. The keynote speech is Nedbank Capital’s Mark Weston on “Spain is not Uganda”.
